Prodeval operates in 4 interdependent industrial sectors: biogas purification, green mobility (BioGNV, BioGNL), CO2 liquefaction and operator services (maintenance, training, etc.) with a total turnover of 130 million euros in 2021 and 340 employees, spread over 5 countries.
We are PRODEVAL ITALIA SRL UNIPERSONALE (100% PRODEVAL Group), a company operating in the treatment and upgrading of Biogas from Anaerobic Digestion of organic waste with a total expected turnover of 20 million euros in 2023 and 15 employees.
An independent and people-friendly company, we provide our customers with tailor-made solutions for the production and distribution of Biomethane.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for several projects and your missions will be:
Ensure operational continuity with the customer:
· Organize and participate to Kick off meeting with clients throughout the project
· Order acknowledgement issuance to customer
· Give the documentation to the customer
· Layout validation with Customer
· Sends possible quotes during the project
· Follow up meeting with Customer
· Unloading and delivery signature with customer if modifications
· Collection of the customer's power supply information
Manage projects:
· Realize the commercial handover and fill the handover note
· Plan the project budget
· Follow the budget allocated to subsidies
· Instrumentation & Control and power supply architecture
· Carry out the follow-up of the building site
· Follow-up the billing collection and triggering of invoicing
· Delivery and unloading organization
· Acceptance certificate signature
· Organize internal and external handover
Manage quality:
· Ensure regulatory compliance with local standards
· Check and validate civil works
· Validate site pre-requisite (erection / commissioning)
· Write preventive site safety plan
· Organize delivery of additional material or equipment during site execution
· Site management documentation collection
· Organize experience feedback on product and process
CONDITIONS:
· Full time job
· Located in Piacenza, Italy.
· Willingness and ability to travel ~20% in Italia and about 50% during the onboarding.
